The Aureya Advisory Process

Please see below for an overview of our process.

  • We begin with a comprehensive written and in-person intake to understand your wardrobe goals.

    We will cover your professional environment and company brand, leadership role, internal and external obligations, travel needs, body and fit preferences, budget considerations, and any style challenges you are currently navigating. We will also explore what you want your wardrobe to convey to a room in those key moments before you’ve spoken a word.

  • Next, we assess your existing wardrobe with objective eyes. 

    Together, we identify what is working, what no longer serves you, what can be tailored or reimagined, and where the gaps are.

    We will look at fit, proportion, condition, versatility, lifestyle relevance, and alignment with your desired executive presence. By the end of this stage, we will have a clearer picture of your wardrobe foundation and a focused plan for what comes next.

  • Using the insights from your intake and closet evaluation, we research and curate a capsule wardrobe strategy tailored specifically to you and your role.

    This is also when we begin to correspond more regularly to keep everything moving efficiently. Depending on the scope of our work together, this may include email or message-based guidance around sizing, approvals, purchases, returns, tailoring, outfit questions, or upcoming wardrobe needs.

    This step is when your wardrobe begins to take shape. The focus is on versatility, polish, fit, quality, and cost-per-wear — not trend-chasing or overbuying.  Every recommendation is made with your specific use cases in mind: your meetings, your commute, your speaking engagements, your dinners, your board service, your client-facing moments, and your need to get dressed without friction.

  • The fitting consult is the most hands-on stage of the process. This is where we try on the selected pieces — both old and new — and begin creating the outfits we envisioned for you.  Where needed, we will be joined by trusted tailoring partners to make any adjustments required to the selected garments.

    Together, we will see how the pieces work together, what should be tailored, what should be returned, and what earns a permanent place in your wardrobe.

    Please prepare for this session to last at least half a day.  The goal is not simply to find individual items that look good, but to build complete outfits that feel natural, effortless, and entirely true to you.

  • After the fitting, you will receive a digital lookbook with outfit combinations, styling notes, and recommendations for integrating any new pieces into your wardrobe.

    Where appropriate, we will help you think through how to use your capsule across different scenarios, from everyday office dressing to high-stakes meetings, conferences, travel, dinners, or public-facing events.

    The lookbook is designed to make the wardrobe easy to use after the engagement ends. You will have a clear visual reference for how to wear your pieces, how to combine them, and how to get dressed with greater ease, confidence, and intention.

Optional Extensions

  • For clients who have completed the full-scope Aureya Styling Package described above, a more compressed service is available at a discounted rate for up to two years following the initial engagement.

    Whether you are stepping into a more visible role, returning to travel, or preparing for a new season, this service helps keep your wardrobe aligned, polished, and functional.

    Because the groundwork has already been done, the process for a refresh is more streamlined. We build from wardrobe architecture established during your full-scope engagement, making targeted updates as required.

  • For clients who want more continuous access, Aureya offers ongoing support on a retainer-style basis. This service provides regular text and email access for outfit questions, styling decisions, wardrobe troubleshooting, and timely recommendations as needs arise. We remain actively engaged with your wardrobe — identifying pieces worth considering, flagging smart additions, offering styling ideas, and helping you make confident choices in real time. It is designed for clients who want a trusted style partner in the background, keeping their wardrobe current, considered, and ready for whatever is next.

  • For major public-facing moments, Aureya also offers special occasion styling.

    This service is designed for high-visibility events where what you wear is under an even brighter spotlight — often literally. This may include award ceremonies, major media appearances, roadshows, conferences, galas, product launches, speaking engagements, and other moments where you will be highly visible, photographed, filmed, or remembered.

Pricing

The Aureya Styling Fee is priced as a flat, one-time charge intended to compensate us for our time and expertise. It is payable either by the client’s employer or by the client, depending on the contractual arrangement.

The client is responsible for any wardrobe purchases and all tailoring expenses. Aureya works with any budget (i.e. there is no mandated minimum). We respect the budgetary guidelines set by our clients and will only make purchase recommendations that are firmly within those guidelines.
